I really dig this place. I'm a big fan of crafting my own burger with just the right toppings for my mood that day, so there's one reason I like them. Of course, the toppings alone don't necessarily make the burger, but they really do have quality ingredients and I've never been disappointed (other than the price being a titch steep). I definitely recommend this place if budget isn't a big concern, otherwise, you may want to give in-n-out just down the road a try. *Also, side note - Their fries (and fry sauce ;)) are one of the best things about 5 Guys (try them cajun style if you're into that kind stuff). It is worth mentioning that they have recently adjusted their sizes to offer small, regular, and large vs just regular and large. You can share a regular between two people but if you're really hungry you might want to get a large.

The food is good, but this location lacks the normal energy the you get from a five guys. No one was smiling, no one welcomed you as you walk in, and there's no communication between the employees. One of the girls was sweeping and didn't even have the motivation to pick the dust pan off the floor. She just drug it around. It was a pretty pathetic experience. Don't come in looking for the normal smiling faces you get at a five guys. You just get a bunch of miserable people.

This place is one of my favorites. I don't eat bread and love their triple burger wrapped in lettuce. All of the ingredients are very fresh and everything is cooked when you order, so it makes a very hot and tasty burger. I also love the cajun fries. I eat here at least once a week.

Its Five Guys, not much else to say. Burgers are great, cajun fries are even greater! Casual restaurant, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. 4 stars here.

Having eaten Five Guys in Atlanta for many years I was very happy to find one here. Simple menu of burgers and fries. Which means excellent burgers and excellent fries. Wide variety of toppings and sauces to choose from, all of which come at no additional cost. And a small fry means a bag overflowing with fries, so be warned if you are a Five Guys newbie. You might need a second person to help with the fries. And as other reviewers mentioned, it can sometimes be really cold in there. Oh and if you have peanut allergies, there are open boxes of roasted peanuts around the store for folks to munch on while they wait for their food, so plan accordingly.

I love this place!! From the burgers to the free peanuts. If you're eating here for the first time, I would recommend the cheeseburger: double pattied and EVERYTHING on it. (Everything: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, Grilled Mushrooms, Grilled Onions, and Pickles) I seriously believe that whenever a place offers "Everything", that is how it was meant to be eaten. Don't get me wrong, the burger patty itself is so juicy and flavorful already. But when you sidekick it with all the dressings, it's a mix of unbelievable deliciousness. I believe it's about $10 for a burger, fries, & drink. Not too shabby. You can also order online: fiveguys.com & I think they have an app now also.

I know folks love 5 Guys but I have to disagree. This was my first experience at a 5 Guys and I won't be rushing back. Service was slow, slow, slow and when I finally got my burger and fries they were room temperature. Crown Burger restaurants have better service and tastier (and hot) food.

Fast and delicious! I love five guys, this location is as good or better then the other five guys I've been in. Clean and friendly.

Food is good. That's the only reason we return. Tip... Sunday is good because it's quiet, but bad because of service. We ordered our good and got it in a very reasonable time. They cook everything fresh to order. But after we got our food, we never saw the staff again. All 3 of them went to the back room for some reason. The floor in the dining room was a mess as were some of the tables, with chairs everywhere.

I don't think I've had a better experience at any burger joint than at this five guys. Jared gave the most outstanding service and showed leadership capabilities I've never seen at a fast food chain. If you're ever wondering where to go get a burger go here, especially for Jared.

The second I walked in the door, this location seemed to lack the upbeat friendly atmosphere of other Five Guys I've been to. There was no greeting, and barely a hello at the register even. They also seemed understaffed, having only 3 employees behind the counter for the 12 oclock lunch hour. The food here is good, I was happy with my meal, but my wallet wasn't so happy. The cost, nearly $15 for a burger, reg fries, and reg drink is significantly more than a comparitive meal at JCWs. The sign hanging on the wall that says "inexpensive but high quality" is a joke. It certainly costs for the quality. You're also sacrificing atmosphere here at this location as it is smaller, crowded and loud. The food is good, and you can order online, but I wouldn't frequent it as there are simply better options nearby.

Five Guys has always made a consistently good burger for me. This location is no different. The cajun fries are excellent and overflow the bag, the burger is great and the ingredients, especially the jalapeños, always look and taste fresh. The price is good, not great, and you can expect to pay $10+ for a burger, fries and drink. They do the annoying no combo thing which is part of why I don't go there too often. If I'm going to pay $10+ per person for a meal and I'm eating with my girlfriend I'll usually go eat somewhere nicer than Five Guys. For quick, delicious food though, they are great. And of course the obligatory In-N-Out comparison has to be made. Five Guys burgers and fries completely destroy anything In-N-Out puts out. I do wish Five Guys had shakes though, but it sounds like that won't ever happen.

One of the HUGE perks of Five Guys is the awesomely large portions of fries they give you. Maybe it's just this location but I ordered two orders of fries tonight and neither of them even filled up the cup. Disappointing when you spend nine dollars on fries.

Never heard of this place before, but read all the reviews while using the bathroom so I figured I would give them a try. I ordered a small everything and, boy, am I glad I did - their servings are gigantic. I got a small burger with everything on it except tomatoes and mushrooms. The burger was meh. I ended up pulling the meat off and tossing the bun, as I could barely find it in all that bread. I guess kids don't care about the meat that much, but I'd rather have had it with no bun at all. The fries, however, are amazing! I would come back just for the fries. Now, let's talk atmosphere. It is exceptionally loud inside. Not just from the screaming bratty children running around but because their music is jacked up to top volume. I do not know which is trying to drown out the other. Also, it is positively frigid in there. I mean so cold that I could not stop shivering long enough to eat. Between the frayed nerves from the screaming children and loud music and being so cold that I could not feel my fingers, I packed up and ended up eating in the car. Which is kind of difficult, as they pack their fries in a little cup - which they overfill by like double (not complaining!), and then stick in a paper bag. I lo-hoove malt vinegar on my fries, so the bag pretty much disintegrated between the grease and the vinegar. They were nice enough to give me another bag, but I would have preferred one of those old-timey boats that fries used to come in. Still, the fries are good enough to mess with. So, how I rated them: 5 stars for the fries, sauce, and for offering malt vinegar. I'd give them six or seven if I could. 3 stars for the burger. It wasn't bad, it just isn't the star of the show. -3 stars for the premature cryogenics. -2 stars for the noise. Service was swift and friendly, so they're A-OK with me.

I know they are known for there burgers but I'm rating them because of there fresh cut French fries. There burgers honestly aren't anything special but it's so hard to find fresh cut French fries still with the skin. OMG so delicious.

This is a burger aficianados heaven. I love this place. I love that there is no freezer and everything is fresh. I love that I can customize my burger and get jalepenos so many other wonderful things. The Jr. burger is a generous one and more than enough for me. Especially because the fries are the bomb! (Calorie wise too but with fries this good who cares?!?!?!). When you get your burger is it hot, juicy, and everything is melted together in a mouth-watering little bit of burger heaven. You're gonna need a lot of napkins for this meal, baby! Also, the hot dog is fantastic! The person who cleans up the tables is always so friendly and asks if we need anything. This is my favorite burger place to date. Go! Now!

I love 5 Guys. I think it is the best burger place around. Yes, In and Out just doesn't do it for me - actually I can't stand that place but that's for another post. My wife and I LOVE 5 Guys. You definitely can't go wrong with a fresh made to order burger just the way you want it. And the Cajun fries just top it all off (but only if the person knows how to properly make them - not too much Cajun my friends). So Ione might ask why a 4 star review then. We'll a couple of things need to be corrected before I rate it a five. One, the temperature needs to be raised. I get it, "it's hot by the grill" but your customers should not have to freeze while eating their delicious burger. I already mentioned the Cajun so we'll skip past that one. One last thing, if you don't like outside food being brought in then post a sign prohibiting it. The last thing a paying customer should feel in a business is that they are not wanted. Case in point, my kids (thankfully my boy is starting to like hamburgers to it's not an issue for him anymore) don't like and won't eat anything on the limited kids menu. So we stop at McD's and get them a happy meal. We'll their mom and dad like good hamburgers so we have brought the kids meals with us so that we can eat what we like. Oh boy was that a mistake. I really didn't think is a was a problem but the way the employees (especially what looked to be was the kid manager on staff) stared us down throughout our meal was bordering on creepy. So when we can we try to go to the smaller 5 Guys up at South Town instead so that we're not treated this way. Overall though 5 Guys is still the best place for hamburgers IMO.

Good Burgers. You only need to order a small fry and split it. They fill your bag and cup with fry's. Burgers taste homemade and you can get many different toppings on it. A little expensive for what you get. One of the better burger places in town especially for a chain restaurant.
